Refund and Returns Policy

Exchange Policy:

  • Customers can request an exchange for their purchased item in fresh/unused condition within 02 days after receiving the delivery. After 02 days, Nifty Man BD will not accept any exchange request.
  • A customer has to request an exchange by sending an email to [email protected] and attach the product image and invoice in the email for reference.
  • NIfty Man bd will NOT accept any exchange request through the call center; therefore, the Customer needs to email to record an exchange request.
  • The exchange process will take up to 60 working days from the date of email received.
  • Customer CANNOT exchange an online purchase from any retail store.
  • An exchange facility can be availed only once with the same product(s) and SKU(s).
  • Customers can only exchange their item with an online purchase invoice & original shoe box and packaging.
  • Delivery cost in terms of exchange under the terms of this Exchange Policy will be borne by the Customer.
  • The Customer needs to send the product for exchange to the Nifty Man bd E-commerce Warehouse for a product quality check.
  • Customers will only receive an exchange if the product condition is in fresh/unused condition when received in the Nifty Man E-commerce Warehouse.
  • If the requested product size is not available after the product quality check, the Customer will be given an online voucher for the exchange price (product purchase value).
  • If the Nifty Man QC team declares that” the product is not in saleable condition,” the same product will be sent to the Customer.
  • There will be NO cash refund under any circumstances.
  • There will be NO return of the purchased product/s.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
